Eggs 1

butter 2
cups
sugar 4
cups
fresh apples,
finely chopped
2 1/2
cups
flour 2
teaspoons
soda 1
teaspoon
salt 1
teaspoon
cinnamon 1
teaspoon
nutmeg 1
teaspoon
allspice
Directions:
Combine eggs, butter and sugar.
Add chopped apples and let stand for 10 minutes.
Sift together all dry ingredients and add to apple mixture.
Bake in tube pan at 360 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
