Fudgy Brownie Cups

Directions:
4 tablespoons butter or margarine =
3/4 cup sugar =
2 eggs =
1 teaspoon vanilla extract =
2 tablespoons unbleached flour =
confectioner's sugar for garnish
Thaw the pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, =
preheat the oven to 400=B0. =
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter or margarine with =
chocolate and heat on High for 1 minute, or until butter is melted. =
Remove from oven and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Or =
melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler over hot water.
Stir sugar into the melted chocolate mixture; add eggs and vanilla and =
stir well. Add flour and stir until evenly combined.
Unfold the pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 15" x 12" =
rectangle; cut into 20 squares (3" x 3"). Press the pastry squares =
into the ungreased muffin tins. Place about 1 tablespoon of the =
chocolate mixture in the center or each.
Bake for 18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden. Remove and cool =
on wire rack. Dust lightly with confectioner's sugar.
