Ingredients:
1  cup  Brown sugar
1/2  cup  Butter or margarine
1    Egg
1/2  cup  Cocoa
1 1/2  cups  Flour
1/2  teaspoon  Baking soda
1/2  cup  Milk
1  teaspoon  Vanilla
1/2  cup  Chopped walnuts

----ICING-----
1  cup  Confectioner's sugar
2  tablespoons  Cocoa
1/2  teaspoon  Vanilla
2  tablespoons  Butter
    Milk

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter; mix well. Beat egg and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Add cocoa and mix.

3. In a separate bowl, measure flour and baking soda. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to egg and cocoa mixture. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks and let cool.

4. While cookies are baking, make icing by combining all ingredients. Thin with a little milk if icing is too thick.

5. When cookies have cooled, frost with chocolate icing.
