1  t  Salt
1/2  c  Unsalted Butter, softened
1 1/2  c  Sugar
1  t  Vanilla
2    Eggs
1  c  Sour Milk (See Note *)
1/3  c  Hot Tap Water
1/2  c  Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
