Ho-ho Cake

Ingredients:

1 package Chocolate fudge cake mix

-----FILLING-----

5 tablespoons Flour

1 1/2 cups Milk

1/2 cup Margarine

1/2 cup Shortening

1 cup Sugar

-----FROSTING-----

1/2 cup Margarine

1 Egg

3 Semisweet chocolate squares

1 teaspoon Vanilla

2 1/2 tablespoons Water, hot

1 3/4 cups Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
1. Mix cake as directed on box. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350~ for 15 minutes.

2. FILLING: Cook flour and milk until thickened. Cool. Add sugar, margarine and shortening. Beat at high speed for 8-10 minutes. Spread on cake and chill well.

3. FROSTING: Melt margarine and cool slightly. Add melted chocolate squares, vanilla, egg, water and confectioners' sugar. Beat by hand. Frost cake.
