Honey 4

Flour,
sifted

Baking powder 1/2
teaspoon
Baking soda 1
teaspoon
Cardamom,
ground

Milk 1
cup
Butter,
melted
Directions:
Beat the eggs and honey for several minutes, until well blended. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and cardamom. Add to the egg mixture. Add the milk and butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a buttered angel food cake pan. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
