Impossible Coconut Tart

Ingredients:
4    Eggs
3  Milliliters  Baking Powder
50  Grams  Margarine
500  Milliliters  Milk
200  Grams  Sugar, (250 ml)
80  Grams  Essicated Coconut, (250 ml)
60  Grams  Cake Flour, (125 ml)
5  Milliliters  vanilla essence
2  Milligrams  salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed. Pour into a greased ovenproof 24cm pie dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is gold brown and the custard filling has set. Its lovely to have as a pudding. This tart is very easy to make. All the ingredients are combined simultaneously, yet once the tart has been baked it has a proper crust with a custard filling and coconut topping.
