Juanita's "Killer" Chocolate Pie

Ingredients: 3
cups
milk 1
cup
sugar 1/3
cup
cornstarch 4
tablespoons
cocoa 1
teaspoon
vanilla
pie shell,
baked
Cool Whip
Directions:
Heat 2 1/2 cups of milk with 3/4 cup of sugar. (Use container that milk won't stick to). While heating, mix the cornstarch, the cocoa and the remaining sugar and milk. Stir this into the hot milk and continue to stir until thick and shiney. Set the boiler in cool water and stir vanilla into mixture. Stir for a few minutes to cool slightly and pour into baked chilled pie shell. Put a sheet of plastic wrap on top so a skim will not form. Put into refrigerator to chill and then top with Cool Whip. This pie will cut and serve better if chilled for a few
