Key Lime Mousse Pie

2  c  ground hazelnuts
3  tb  brown sugar
6  tb  unsalted butter, melted
5    eggs
1  c  sugar
1/4  c  unsalted butter
3/4  c  fresh lime juice
2  tb  grated lime peel
2  tb  rum, optional
2  drops  green food color
1/2  pt  heavy cream, whipped
1/2  c  sour cream

Make crust: Combine all ingredients; blend well with fork. Pat into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 400~ oven 5 to 6 minutes. Cool Make filling: Beat eggs and sugar until lemon-colored and foamy; add butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until custard-like, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and peel, rum and food coloring. Cool to room temperature. Fold mousse into whipped cream and pour into pie shell. Chill.
