Light Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1  9 inch  pie shell, deep dish
    -- unbaked
3  c  peaches, * see note
3/4  c  plus 1/3 cup sugar
2/3  c  all-purpose flour
1/8  t  salt
1    egg, beaten
2    egg whites, beaten
1/2  c  nonfat sour cream
2  tb  margarine, low-calorie

Directions:
* Peel, pit and chop peaches. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Into pie shell, spoon peaches. In small bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and salt. add egg, egg whites and sour cream, stirring until blended. Spoon this mixture over peaches. In another bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar and remaining flour. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in margarine until mixture is like coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture evenly over pie.
