Light 'n Fruity Pie

Ingredients:
1  package  gelatin, (3 ounce) any flavor
2/3  cup  boiling water
2  cups  ice cubes
3 1/2  cups  non-dairy whipped topping
1  cup  diced fresh or
    canned fruit, drained/diced
1  9 inch  prepared graham
    cracker crust

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whip, blend in whipped topping; whip until smooth. Fold in fruit and chill, if necessary until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish as desired.
