Martha's Cherry Pie

Ingredients:
    martha dickens
    -------------------graham cracker
    crust-------------------
1 1/4  c  graham cracker crumbs
1/4  c  sugar
1/4  c  margarine, melted
    ------------------------pie
    filling------------------------
8  oz  cream cheese, softened
1/3  c  lemon juice
1  t  vanilla
    ---------------------------glaze----------
    --
1  c  red tart pitted cherries
    drained
2  tb  sugar
2  ts  cornstarch
1/2  c  cherry juice

Directions:
CRUST: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine. Press into pie pan and bake at 375~F for 8 minutes. FILLING: Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Then add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well and pour into cooled pie shell. Chill for 2 hours, cover with canned cherry pie filling or make a cherry glaze. GLAZE: Blend sugar and cornstarch, stir in cherry juice. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
