Ingredients: 1
Box Betty Crocker
Super Moist Cake Mix
Yellow or White 1
c
Water 1/3
c
Fat Free Salad Dressing 3
Egg whites
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place in microwave save bunt cake type pan.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes, rotate 1/3 turn microwave another 3
minutes, rotate 1/3 turn microwave final 3 minutes. Cake should pull
away from sides slightly. If not then microwave for 1 minute
incriments until done. Cool for 4-5 minutes. Invert on plate and
genlty shake to loosen all the way round then remove pan. Topping:
Place 1/4-1/2 cup jelly, preserves, or fruit spread in a microwave
safe bowl. Microwave full power for 1-2 minutes until bubbly and
lumps are gone. Drizzle over cake and allow to cool. _______ |:::::|
