Mixed Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:
3  md  Pears, ripe, peeled, cored
    -& sliced
2  lg  Nectarines, ripe, peeled,
    -pitted, & sliced
2  lg  Peaches, ripe, peeled,
    -pitted, & sliced
1/3  c  Sugar
2  tb  Cornstarch
1  tb  Butter, chilled, cut into
    -small pieces
    -----TOPPING-----
1  c  Flour
1/2  c  Cornmeal, yellow
1/3  c  Sugar
2  ts  Baking powder
1/4  ts  Cinnamon
1/8  ts  , salt
1/2  c  Milk
1/4  c  Oil
20    Minutes preparation

Directions:
35-40 minutes baking Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of an 8" square baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Mix together pears, nectarines, peaches, sugar, and cornstarch. Spoon into prepared dish. Dot with butter. To prepare topping, mix together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in milk and oil until dry ingredients are just moistened. Spread mixture evenly over filling. Bake until topping is lighlty golden and fruit juices are bubbling, 35 to 40 minutes.
