Orange Banana Spongecake

Ingredients:

7 egggs, separated

1 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon orange rind

1 cup banana, mashed

1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate

3/4 cup potato starch, sifted

Directions:
Beat yolks and sugar till light. Add salr and rind. Stir in banana, juice, and starch. Beat whites till stiff and fold in. Baker 50-60 min. at 325F.
