Salt 20

Crushed pineapple in juice,
undrained
1/4
cup
Vegetable oil 1/4
cup
Sugar 1/2
cup
Margarine 1/2
cup
Evaporated milk 1/2
cup
Pecans,
or 1/2 c coconut
Directions: 1.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until blended. Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min.

Frosting: Cook sugar, margarine, & milk over medium heat until thick & bubbly (about 5 min). Add pecans or coconut & stir well. Spread on cake while icing is still hot.
