Possible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
1  can  evaporated skim milk, (12 oz.)
2  cups  cooked fresh pumpkins
2    eggs
3/4  cup  sugar
2  teaspoons  vanilla
1/2  cup  whole wheat pastry flour
3/4  teaspoon  baking powder
1/4  teaspoon  light salt
2  tablespoons  butter, melted, or oil
1  teaspoon  cinnamon
1/2  teaspoon  ground ginger
1/4  teaspoon  ground cloves

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a prepared pie plate. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Note: You may substitute 1 pound canned pumpkin for the 2 cups cooked pumpkin.
