Dates,
chopped

raw, chopped

Pecans,
chopped
Directions:
Cream together sugar and cooking oil. Add eggs and beat well. Combine
flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda; gradually add to egg mixture. Add
vanilla, coconut, dates, apples, and nuts. Batter will be thick.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325
degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
