Ripe Plum Filling for Pierogies

Ingredients:

1    Plums
    Sugar as needed
    Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Peel plums and remove pits. Fill with sugar and cinnamon. Dip in sugar. Cover with dough and seal edges with egg white.
