Ingredients:

4 Egg white

1 c Sugar

1 1/2 c Pecans, broken small

1 c Coconut flakes

1 t Vanilla

3 c Corn flakes

Directions:
Beat eggs stiff, then add the sugar and coconut. Add vanilla and pecans, and corn flakes. Mould into small cakes and cook in a slow oven 1-1/2 hours. Mrs. Howard Kilpatrick Comanche Study Club cookbook Comanche, TX, 1927
