Sour Cream and Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients:
    waldine van geffen vghc42a
1 3/4  c  sweet potatoes -- cook, mash
1  t  butter, softened
2/3  c  dark brown sugar
2  lg  eggs, beaten
1/4  c  fresh orange juice
3/4  c  evaporated milk
1/2  t  all spice
1/2  t  cinnamon
    topping
1  pt  sour cream
2  tb  sugar
1/2    lemon, juice of
1  9"  pie shell

Directions:
mix potatoes, butter and sugar. Add eggs, orange juice and spices. Pour in shell. Bake 450~ for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325~ and bake for 35 minutes. Cool. Mix topping and put on pie.
