Sugar 1

Egg or 2 egg whites 1/2
c
Baking cocoa 1/2
c
Margarine/butter softened 1 1/2
c
All purpose flour 1
t
Vanilla 1/2
c
Milk 1/2
ts
Baking soda 1/4
ts
Salt 1/2
ts
Baking powder 1/2
c
Sourdough starter (See
-recipe)
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, place sugar, egg or egg whites, cocoa,
margarine/butter, flour, vanilla, milk, baking soda, salt, baking
powder and starter. Do not mix until everything is in the bowl. Mix
or beat vigorously. Pour into 12 or 16 greased or paper lined muffin
pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool and eat as is or
frost with favorite frosting.
