Basic cookie mix 1
Egg 1/4
ts
Baking soda 1/4
ts
Cinnamon 1/4
ts
Cloves 1/4
ts
Allspice 1/4
ts
Vanilla 1/2
c
Chopped nuts
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine cookie mix, egg, baking soda, cinnamon,
cloves, allspice, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Shape
into a long 2" diameter roll. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease baking
sheets. Cut roll into 1/8" slices and place on prepared baking
sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Submitted By MEG
