Spiced Apple Nut Cake

Ingredients:

3 ea Eggs

1 t Vanilla

2 c Flour

1 t Baking soda

4-5 sliced medium apples

1 3/4 c Sugar

1 c Oil

1/4 ts Salt

1-2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 c Walnuts

Directions:
Beat eggs lightly, then add vanilla and oil. Stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Add walnuts and apples. Lightly grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Mixture will be stiff. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
