Directions:
STELLAR COOKIE WREATH
Makes 2 to 3 Wrea1hs
Prepare and roll out out cookie dough according to recipe directions.
For single wreath: With 2 1/2-inch star cookie cutter, cut out 12
stars. Sprinkle stars with green crystal sugars (or decorate wreath
after baking as directed below). On large, greased cookie sheet, *
arrange 12 cookies in a circle with points overlapping about 1/2-
inch.
For double wreath: Prepare single wreath as directed; set aside. With
1 1/2-inch star cookie cutter, cut out additional 5 to 12 stars.
Sprinkle stars with red crystal sugars, if desired. Arrange smaller
cookies around the inner points of large wreath, overlapping slightly.
Bake and cool wreaths as directed; set aside. Repeat with remaining
dough to make additional one or two wreaths.
To decorate after baking: If desired, after cooking, decorate wreaths
with sprinkles, green and/or red icings, writing gels and candies.
* Use cookie sheets (without sides), not baking sheets. ** Northeast
