Strawberry-lemon Parfait

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

1 cup thawed Bird's Eye cool Whip Whipped

-- Topping

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, or peaches

-- sweetened

Directions:
