eggs,

sugar 1
teaspoon
lemon rind,
grated

teaspoons
orange rind,
grated

nuts,
ground
2/3
cup
matzo meal 1
tablespoon
potato starch
pinch
salt
Directions:
Beat yolks and sugar till light. Add the rest except for the egg whites and
salt. Beat the latter two till stiff and fold into yolk
mixture. Pour into unreased spring form pan. Bake 1 hour at 325F. Invert on
rack to cool.
