Soft Italian Cookies

Ingredients:

2 Margarine, melted

1 c Sugar

1/2 c Sour cream

3 Eggs

1/4 ts Baking soda

2 tb Baking powder

3 1/2 To 4 c. flour

1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Dough will be easy to handle, take a little and make a ball as big as walnut. Bake 8 minutes. Place on cookie sheet at 350 degrees. Do not leave in oven too long. They harden, cool and frost. Parent
