Ingredients:
I tried this last week and
    Izzit goooooood!

Directions:
10 oz semisweet chocolate 10 oz unsalted butter, rm temp 1 1/2 c sugar 8 eggs Whipped cream 2 Tbsp powdered sugar (optional) 1 Tbsp strong coffee (optional) 1 tsp fine-ground coffee powder (optional) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a round 9" cake pan _liberally_. Line bottom of pan with wax paper; butter the paper. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add butter and stir until butter has melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; whisk sugar into mixture gradually until thick. In separate bowl, beat eggs until foamy, then stir into chocolate mixture until well incorporated. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Set pan in a larger pan (I used 10x14) and add boiling water to the out pan until it comes halfway up side of cake pan. Bake in center of oven for 1 1/2 hrs (I baked mine closer to 2, but it didn't hurt anything.) Remove cake pan and let sit for 10 mins,; then invert onto a plate. (I hadda run a knife around teh edge and jiggle it a bit before it would come out, but it did all come out in one beautiful _heavy_ disk.) Serve at room temperature, the recipe said, but my husband likes it better cold. Use whipped cream plain or make coffee whipped cream by beaing in powdered sugar, coffee, and coffee powder. _Very_ rich; serves at least 8, or 2 very happy people for a week.
