Tablespoons
Boiling Water 3/4
Cup
Sugar 1/4
Cup
Cocoa Powder,
(Plus 2 Tbsp.)

Heavy Cream 1 1/2
Teaspoons
Vanilla
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl and let stand 1 minute to
soften. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved (mixture must
be clear). Stir together sugar and cocoa in small cold mixer bowl; add
cream and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form. Pour in
gelatin mixture and beat until well blended. Spoon into serving dishes
OR in graham cracker pie crust.
