Ingredients: 1/4
c
White sugar 1
c
Butter 2/3
c
Brown sugar 3
c
Rolled oats 6
oz
Chocolate chips 3/4
c
Peanut butter
Directions:
Melt the butter, add both sugars and oats, press into a 9 x 13
ungreased pan. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes at 350 in a pre-heated
oven. Cool in pan. Refrigerate until cool. Melt the chocolate chips
and peanut butter together in a pot, spread on top. Chill until firm.
Keeps well, store in the fridge.
