Ingredients:
1  c  all-purpose flour
1/2  t  salt (or butter-flavor salt)
1/2  t  baking powder
1/4  c  corn oil, or other
    polyunsaturated oil
2  tb  ice water, to 3 tb

Directions:
Stir flour, salt, and baking powder together (or use 1 cup self-rising flour omitting salt and baking powder). With a fork or pastry knife, mix in the oil. Then cut in the ice water, a tablespoon at a time, only until the mixture leaves the sides of the bowl. Shape into one larger and one smaller ball, wrap, and chill. Roll out as thin as possible on a well-floured board using a floured rolling pin. {about 935 calories} SOURCE: Slim Gourmet Sweets & Treats (pg. 49) By "Lloyd A.
