Dutch Apple Pie - Butter Busters

Ingredients:
1    9 inch pie crust, unbaked

TOPPING
2/3  cup  flour
1/3  cup  light brown sugar, or
3  tablespoons  brown sugar, and
3/4  teaspoon  Sweet 'n Low sweetener
1/3  cup  Promise Ultra Fatfree Margarine

FILLING
2  pounds  Tart apples
1  tablespoon  Lemon juice
2  tablespoons  Flour
3/4  cup  Sugar, see directions
  dash  Salt, optional
1  teaspoon  Cinnamon
    Dream Whip

Directions:
You can use 1/2 cup Sugar and 3 packages Sweet 'n Low instead of 3/4 cup Sugar Prepare one crust and refrigerate until ready to use. Make topping. combine flour and sugar in a medium bowwl. With a fork, blend margarine into mixture until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Refrigerate. Preheat oven to 400F. Make filling: Core and peel apples. Slice thinly into a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon jice. combine flour, sugar, lite salt, and cinnamon, mixing well. Toss lightly with apples. Turn filling into unbaked pie crust, spreading evenly. Coiver with topping. Bake 40-45 mintues or until apples are tender. Serve warm with Dream Whip. Per sugar serving: 313 cal., 2.5g fat (7%), 0mg chol., 4g fiber, 4g pro., 70g carb., 127mg sod.
