Easter Pie

2  c  flour
2/3  tb  baking powder
1/3  tb  salt
3  tb  lard
1    eggs
1/2  c  water, ice-cold
1  lb  sausage
4  oz  salami
2  oz  ham, chopped
1/4  lb  pepperoni
1  lb  cheese, ricotta
8  oz  cheese, mozzarella
2    eggs -- hard-boiled, diced
1  t  cheese, shredded
1    d salt
2    eggs

Cook and dice all meats, chop mozerella. Combine ricotta, salt and grated cheese. Add eggs, one at a time, beat after adding each with a wooden spoon. Add meats, mozerella and hard boiled eggs. Mix well. Prepare pastry. Roll out and line a 10" deep pie pan with pastry. Prick dough with a fork. Sprinkle bottom with some flour. Pour mixture in and cover with top piecrust. Leave about 1/2" overhang. Sprinkle top with water. Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 325 for 45 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
