Ingredients: 1/4
pound
butter 1
cup
sifted powdered sugar 2
ounces
unsweetened chocolate square,
melted
1
tablespoon
vanilla 2
large
eggs,
or 3 medium eggs
1
baked and chilled 9 inch crust
whipped cream
Directions:
Cream butter; add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add chocolate and vanilla, beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each addition. Pour into pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream; garnish with shaved chocolate.
