Grasshopper Parfaits

Ingredients: 1/2
cup
heavy cream 1
tablespoon
granulated sugar 1
package
cream cheese,
softened
1 1/4
cups
sweetened condensed milk,
14 oz can

tablespoons
lemon juice 3
tablespoons
green creme de menthe liqueur 2
tablespoons
white creme de cacao liqueur 12
each
cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies,
coarsely chopped
Directions:
In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until stiff. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. STIR in lemon juice, and liqueurs. Fold in whipped cream; chill 20 minutes.
Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon cookies and 1/4 cup filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours.
Variations:
Coffee: substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de menthe.
Brandy Alexander: substitute 1/3 brandy for creme de menthe.
Orange: Omit creme de cacao and substitute 1/4 cup orange liqueur for creme de menthe.
