Key Lime Pie #1

1  each  9" Graham cracker crumb crus
6  each  Egg yolks
28  ounces  Condensed milk (Sweetened)
8  ounces  Fresh squeezed lime juice

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in lime juice. Pour into shell and bake for 12 minutes. Cool. Chill. Serve with whipped cream topping. can make a meringue topping for the pie using leftover egg whites. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, gradually add 1/2 cup sugar. Top off UNCOOKED pie with meringue mixture and bake for 15 minutes instead. (recipe from Bordens Easy Entertaining Cookbook)
