Millet Molasses Cookies

Ingredients: 1/2
cup
AM Millet Flour 1/2
cup
AM Barley Flour 1/4
cup
AM Instant Oatmeal 2
teaspoons
Non-alum baking powder 2
tablespoons
Finely chopped nuts (opt.) 2
tablespoons
AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil 2
tablespoons
Unsulphured molasses 1/4
cup
Water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir liquid ingredients together until
molasses
dissolves. Stir liquid and dry mixtures just until evenly mixed.
Roll dough into small balls. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Flatten balls
slightly. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 F. Cool.
