Peanut Butter Drop Cookies

Ingredients: 1

peanut butter,
smooth or chunky
1/2
cup
butter,
softened

teaspoons
vanilla 1/2
cup
sugar 1
cup
honey 2
eggs 2 1/2
cups
flour 1
teaspoon
baking soda 1
cup
peanuts, dry-roasted,
coarsely chopped
Directions: 1.
Place peanut butter, butter, vanilla, sugar, honey, and eggs in a bowl and beat thoroughly. Mix together flour and baking soda. Slowly beat into peanut butter mixture. Stir peanuts by hand into the mixture.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheets, pressing down a bit to shape each cookie. Bake about 10 mins, watching ever so carefully. Better undercooked than scorched.
