Pear Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients:
    mrs. j. b. eoff
2    unbaked pie crusts (8")
2  c  pear mincemeat (see recipe)
1/2  c  crushed pineapple
1/3  c  walnut or pecan meats
2  tb  flour
2  tb  sugar
2  tb  butter or margarine

Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. sprinkle on bottom of crust. Dot with butter. Heat mincemeat, pineapple, nuts. Turn filling into pie shell. Cover with strips to form a lattice top. Trim edge and flute. Place in 425~F oven. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400~F. Bake until pastry is golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream or ice cream. By "Lloyd A.
