Philadelphia Apple Pie

1 1/2  cups  Flour
1  stalk  Butter, cut in pieces
4  tablespoons  Ice water
1/4  teaspoon  Salt

8    Apples, sliced
1    Egg
1  cup  Sugar
1 1/2  cups  Sour cream
2  teaspoons  Vanilla
1/3  cup  Flour
1/8  teaspoon  Salt

1/3  cup  Brown sugar
1/4  pound  Melted butter
1/3  cup  Granulated sugar
1  pinch  Salt
1/3  cup  Flour
1  teaspoon  Cinnamon
1  cup  Chopped walnuts

1. Crust: Combine flour, salt and butter in bowl. Cut butter into flour. Add ice water; toss to form ball. Roll out to fit 12" pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

2. Filling: Mix filling ingredients together. Fill shell. Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

3. Topping: Sprinkle over pie. Bake 15 minutes.
