BASIC SUPERSAVER OR SCENTED,
SOFT SOAP
Directions:
** Good for everything depending on how you vary or customize it. Basic is
for washing delicate items and adding to other recipes. Scented is for
personal use: spritz some in the tub while the water is running and add
oils for softer-feeling skin. If you don't have enough bits of soap
collected to make SOFT SOAP, you can add soap flakes to make 1c but begin
your collection of soap slivers right away.
Basic Supersaver Soft Soap: If you are using soap bits, grind to a fine
powder in food processor. Mix with soap flakes if necessary to make 2 cups.
Pour boiling water over soap and stir until soap is completely dissolved.
Cool. Label and store in pump-type dispenser or a squeeze-top plastic
container.
Scented Soft Soap: Mix and store as above.
Rich Soft Soap: Warm oil and mix with the soap. Use a mixer to make sure
oil is distributed evenly. Mix and store as above.
